Great victory for unaccompanied child asylum seeker at the Arlington Asylum Office in March 2016. A young man from El Salvador who was persecuted by Mara 18 gang, has been granted asylum at the Arlington Asylum office after being placed in removal proceedings and Attorney Takemori successfully having terminated his removal proceeded. A huge success based on a claim of membership in a particular social group – family member of a gang member.
